Its operation is sustained by the processing and subscription fees received from the authors. The processing fee covers the following operations: language corrections, style adaptation, editing, formatting, proofreading, server hosting, administrative costs, article promotion etc.

The processing fee is to be paid after the article has been reviewed and accepted for Processing, within 5 days. Please keep the payment proof for future use.
